So the bus was clean and on time and the staff also helped me out when I forgot my AirPods on the bus. They looked for it and returned it to me the next day when they were travelling back. I am really thankful for it.

Didn't like the sound of the horn, had to use earplugs while trying to sleep, power outlet for L7 is not working.

I had a good overall trip experience with this bus service. The staff behavior was extremely polite and welcoming, and I really appreciated the punctuality. The only issue I faced was in the sleeper coach, where the headrest design was a bit too high, which caused some neck pain during the journey. If they can adjust or improve the headrest comfort, it would easily be a 5-star experience. Otherwise, a very smooth and reliable ride.
