Worst experience. Bus was around 4 hours delay. We waited till 3am for the bus from 11pm. If not able to come at given time then they should have cancelled the bus earlier so that we can plan accordingly with other way to travel destination.

Honestly very disappointed. Bus came 2 hours late to pick us up from Ernakulam and reached Hyderabad 5 hours late.

Not reached the destination till now 8:22 AM, they are saying 5 hours delay no punctuality. They started journey at 3 o'clock.

The bus was more than an hour late to reach Thrissur. I can understand the delay, but the live tracking was not working. Especially in such cases, the live tracking should work! The bus stops have no place to sit! With all the luggage, we were practically standing for 80 odd minutes.
