It was a pathetic journey, bus broken down just before krishnanagar due to poor maintenance though they arrange another bus but in the mean time we lost around 2.5 hrs and condition of this alternate bus was also very poor suspension makes rattling sound through out the journey.. because of such incidents Royal Cruiser is loosing there ground in this bus industry, think twice before traveling in it

It was a horrible experience and being a girl they dragged me more than a kilometre from the boarding station for pickup and also dropped me at some unknown place where there's no public transport right at the bypass at 1.30 pm from where it took more than half an hour for me to reach the drop location. The only reason provided was that it is Puja days. Worst trip ever.
