Bus was 3 hours late, replacement tyres were not available, staff was not behaving well, and rest stop and emergency nature calls were not available. Bus did not stop for any nature calls, including for old persons and sugar diabetic patients.

Worst service ever! Extremely frustrating experience. The bus broke down, but the operator didn’t arrange an alternative bus or provide any proper assistance. Passengers were left to suffer with no concern or responsibility from the operator. This is completely unacceptable. We are people, not just ticket numbers. Please take immediate action!

Worst travelling ever, I have paid xxxx for both seats and staff is asking for luggage fare, so I paid the amount, but it was ridiculous, will never travel.
