Need to change seat or seat cover. While bus braking, person in the seat also moves because the seating is too shiny or too old.

Not picked at the mentioned timing. Schedule delayed by one and a half hours. When we contacted the travel agency, there was no proper response regarding the delay.

The bus was apparently not a Bharat Benz for which I paid a premium fare. Fresh bedsheet was not provided. Water not provided. Charging point was not working. There was no blanket cover and apparently the blanket did not look like a washed blanket. I feel like cheated. Paid about XXXXX against a normal fare of about XXXXX. The bus was not any special. Suggest MMT should verify everything prior to detailing on its website.
