I have been travelling regularly for over 30 years, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst travel experiences I have had. The bus arrived nearly 90 minutes late, and the driver's behaviour was unprofessional. As I was the only passenger at that pickup point, I was asked to board from the middle of a busy road while the bus was moving. Additionally, the bus was in poor condition, and the air conditioning was not functioning, despite paying for an AC service. The cabin was smelly. I had to travel with the window open. The journey felt more like a parcel service than a passenger service, with frequent stops for parcel pickups, repeated breaks, and an extended halt at the Trichy depot for parcel unloading. Most disappointingly, the scheduled arrival time was 5:00 am, but I reached only at 8:30 am, causing me to miss all my planned appointments for the day. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Not recommended for passenger travel.

Very poor bus service! The bus was not punctual, customer service was unsatisfactory, and the bus reached the drop-off point 4 hours late. The service was extremely disappointing, and proper time management and customer support are urgently needed. I would not recommend this service.

The bus was terrible. Rainwater was leaking through the roof. My seat was half wet. The seat covers were not clean. I had a terrible bus experience. But the driver was very polite and professional. 5/5 ratings for him.
