In app, bus time was shown as 12.00 p.m at Vellore. So I booked. And after getting driver number message, he told bus is near Hosur and it is 2 to 3 hours delayed. When I checked the cancellation option, app cancellation time was over. When contacted, the bus operators are refusing to repay the ticket fare. Earlier this happened with another bus, but they promptly accepted to repay. But bus seems to be fraud. They are refusing. If bus delayed by 3 hours, and if customers want to cancel, the ticket option should be provided. By around 3.00 p.m., bus driver called and told they are coming near pickup location. But by then, I took Government bus, and reached my destination.

worst. supposed to be at 4.30pm then delayed to 6pm pillow is so hard. the luggage box isn't cleaned.
