In this bus, only a USB charging socket was there. I was carrying an iPhone and faced issues regarding phone discharging. Other travel buses I travelled on have normal charging sockets too. Kindly solve this issue; otherwise, I have to choose another bus for return travel.

Charger not working and drop point is different and bus is almost 1:30 hour delay.

Curtains were not good. They should be replaced with doors. There are lights on every window which is irritating. Windows are for viewing, not for outsiders to see inside.

Wait for bus at Dhaula Kuwan is a very bad experience. It is more than 1:30 hrs. Driving is very slow. Curtains are not available, so passengers face direct sun exposure. Really a bad experience.
