Bus was more than 1hr late. There was neither any live tracking nor did the driver pick the call. When I tried to contact the Boarding Point Office and ask about the bus live location, they refused to tell me anything and said if I booked it online, they will not tell anything and I have to ask on the booking app itself. So rude.
