The bus broke down near Attibele at 11:45 pm and we didn't get an alternate bus until 02:00 am. Also, I had booked a sleeper bus and the alternate bus was the seater kind. So i hot a downgrade. I was supposed to reach my destination at 06:35am, and finally reached at 4:40 pm after 10 extra hours of travel. And they didn't accept my ticket for a refund due to "system issues". Terrible service.

Am still in the bus, it was having some trouble and we are in trouble now 19 hours bus journey when its a normal 10 hours journey, I want my full amount refund.

Bus had breakdown which had been from the starting point and operator not been able to arrange for another bus till 2am in the morning. No one responding to calls and So pathetic service...
