The AC is defective, and during rain, water leaks into the cabin, making the seats and floor wet. This is extremely inconvenient and a safety hazard. Please escalate this to the maintenance team for immediate repair. Seat are also not comfortable for night travel.

Very rash driving. You can’t really sleep or even sit comfortably if you book the upper berth.
