I had booked seat U15 for Friday. During the journey, water kept leaking inside even though I had completely closed the window. I couldn’t sleep the entire night. The cloth near the window and the bed were completely wet, and there was a bad smell as well. I lost my entire night’s sleep because of this. Since it was a continuous holiday, the ticket price was high at ₹xxxx. But the money was completely wasted, and I didn’t get any proper rest. This was a very disappointing experience. I request you to look into this issue and provide a suitable refund or compensation.

Overall, the journey was fine, but the bus arrived at Madhya Kailash at 4:10 AM, whereas the scheduled arrival time was 5:15 AM. We plan our travel and make bookings based on the schedule provided. Dropping us off so prematurely disrupted our plans and left us stranded at an inconvenient hour, forcing us to seek unexpected assistance.
