The hygiene needs to be improved. The bedsheets did not appear to be properly cleaned. I recommend changing the bedsheets between passengers and ensuring that all bedsheets are thoroughly cleaned before each journey.

Very disappointing. Delayed pick up at 12. Late drop at 11.15 am. Will not recommend nor will I book henceforth.

Subject: Complaint regarding delay in arrival at Belagavi dear Reshma Travels team, i am writing to express my disappointment regarding the delay in reaching Belagavi. as per the ticket details, the scheduled arrival time was 7:40 am on Sunday, 18 October, but the bus has still not reached Belagavi. this delay is causing great inconvenience to the passengers, especially those who have important commitments. it is very disappointing that there has been no timely arrival as promised in the ticket. i request you to provide an immediate update on the bus's current location, the reason for the delay, and the expected arrival time. please take this matter seriously and ensure better time management and communication with passengers in the future. i hope for a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution. ticket number: TVBD52686354 pnr number: 1383520 thank you.

I was supposed to reach by 8am but due to the bus's bad condition and misbehavior of the bus driver, we were late by four hours from the scheduled time. From now onwards, we will not travel through this service. We are completely disappointed. Our Sunday was wasted due to the delay of the bus. This was not acceptable. Kindly close your service as we do not want such careless bus travels. I wasted my money by booking this travel.

Bus still not reached. It is going to take another 6 to 8 hours. Staff are very uncooperative. Not arranging other bus. Almost it is going to take around 20 to 24 hours of journey.

Traveling with Reshma Travels is not safe; there are many issues with the bus. It took two hours just to navigate the mountain section near Lonavala. I was supposed to arrive by 10 o'clock, but I still haven't reached my destination—I am currently in Kolhapur, and the driver says the bus won't reach Dharwad until 1:00 pm. There are numerous problems with this bus; no one should book it.
