Its an old bus. Unlike a few other buses, it does not have any blankets, water, or provision for charging your phone. The good part is it was on time and the live tracking was very effective.

Driving skills and bus staff were good, but there was an issue with the bus. My seat was L16 last lower seat 16: the plywood beneath the upper berth was bent, cracked, and broken. It moved up and down with a creaking sound whenever the upper passenger moved or the bus crossed a speed breaker. This raises safety concerns. What if it broke and fell over me? Passenger's life sleeping under is at risk. I couldn't sleep the whole night because of that, as it was making creaking sound and the broken parts were going up and down.
