Bus was late 4 hours. Driver was abusive in Tamil. He was threatening my life and said he would sleep.

One of the worst bus experiences of all time. The bus was supposed to pick us up at 3:45, we got picked up at 9:50. They also missed the pick-up point by 3 km, which we had to cover. Giving it one star because I am not able to give it zero.

Food stops have no food to provide for us and they keep on stopping the AC.

The bus was running at a delay of at least 4 hours. Pathetic approach. Other players who started later from Hyderabad already reached destination before us. Driver was using mobile during driving.

The bus is delayed by nearly 4 hours. There is no proper response from the operator, and no clear information about the bus's location. Extremely poor service and zero responsibility. One of the worst travel experiences ever. Highly disappointing!

Worst staff ever I have seen. We called almost 50 times but no response. Only 3.5 hours delayed and they left us and went 2 stops before without information. Dropping time is 9:20, now the time is 1:31. Still I am in bus. The worst service, no response.

I didn't board the bus. The bus was delayed by 3 hours. Driver asked me to come to Corporation circle. I was waiting at the location from 12.30 am to 3 am. But the driver didn't stop the bus at Corporation circle. Till 4.30 am I was waiting there only. It's a horrible experience.
