Better take another bus. As per bus fare, travel comfort is terrible. My 1st and last travel with bus. Other bus is more comfortable than this. Luggage tags are also not there.

Today, we had to face a lot of difficulties during the journey. An accident occurred, which also led to police involvement, and we had to wait at the location for approximately four hours, where no basic facilities were available. The most disappointing part was the lack of maturity, responsibility, and professionalism shown by the driver and the support staff. Their behaviour and handling of the situation were completely unsatisfactory. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and stressful experience. I strongly believe that the driver and support staff should be properly trained to handle such situations responsibly and ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers.
