Very worst travel experience with reliance bus! My bus pickup time was scheduled for 5:30 PM, but the bus arrived 30 minutes late. Although that was disappointing, I let it go. However, my scheduled drop-off time in Mayiladuthurai was 11:15 PM, but I was dropped off nearly 4 hours late. This was completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, the person assisting the bus driver was drunk and was disturbing the passengers, making the journey even more uncomfortable. In all my travel experiences, I have never faced such a terrible situation. The delay, the unprofessional behavior and the lack of passenger comfort made this trip a complete nightmare. I am extremely disappointed with reliance bus service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and takes the necessary action to ensure that other passengers do not have to go through the same experience. Overall, one of the worst bus travel experiences I have ever had. Highly disappointed.

Live tracking was not working during this journey. At least it can be updated in messages once they reach the bus stops so we can be ready for our stops.

Bus stopped at various locations (Mayiladuthurai, Chidambaram) to get their parcel booking more than half an hour per stop, moreover my destination point booked was ECR Palavakkam but bus reached 6:45 AM at OMR Tidel Park opposite Thiruvanmiyur Railway Station. When I asked the driver he told simply our route was this only you had to check with the booking platform. With two children I got down from there and I booked an auto for XXXX to reach home. Who would bear this charge. Please check with them and get back to me with a proper solution otherwise I would file a case against both of them. Hope my message was loud and clear.
