Contact person shared driver information half an hour before. Rest stop hygiene was not good for women. Punctuality and cleanliness was okay. Journey was uncomfortable, might be due to road, and bus was not good enough for handling jerks on the road.

Pick up point as per booking was KANTATOLI but the operator did not pick me up from my pick up point. Unnecessary I have spent extra Rs XXX for that. Then why should ask for pickup point at the time of booking? Continuing like this will affect in the future. Very very bad service.
