One hour delay. But seat and AC, everything was old. Not so good. If no other option, then you can go.

There was no seat for my family when we boarded the bus in Porur toll. The driver was rude when I asked him where he was as I was waiting with my children in rain. It was a terrible experience that I'll remember for lifelong.

Bus was 1 hour late pickup. There is no update from the Red Express Travels. Even drop was 2 hour late. There is no time punctuality. Bus staff behaviour was very worst. Denied to stop for rest room. Terrible travel.

The driver Suresh didn't stop even for restroom. I had an emergency. He was focused on timely drop but denied to stop for restroom. I had to hold my pee for nearly 3 hrs and ended up getting stomach pain because of this. Too bad behaviour when I asked him to stop, he strictly told no.

Bus left from my pick-up point 10 minutes early. After that, I caught the bus at the next point through auto. Waste of money.
