To late from time.

My experience with travels sleeper bus service was not as expected. I requested you to kindly pay serious attention to the following concerns: 1. Bedsheet was not available in the sleeper bus. 2. Pillow was not provided. 3. Blanket facility was not available, which caused discomfort while sleeping at night. 4. There was excessive crowding in the bus. 5. Due to the overcrowding, passengers faced difficulty reaching their respective seats. 6. The loud mobile phone sounds of some passengers disturbed others and made it difficult to travel peacefully. 7. The rear window kept making continuous noise, making it difficult to sleep properly throughout the night. 8. Despite paying a considerable fare for a sleeper bus, the expected basic facilities and comfort were not provided. 9. More attention needed to be given to the convenience, peace, and comfort of passengers. 10. The operator needed to seriously focus on passenger capacity, discipline inside the bus, and the availability of basic facilities. Overall, my journey was a disappointing experience as the expected facilities and comfort were not provided. I hoped that these issues would be properly addressed in the future so that passengers could have a safer, peaceful, and more comfortable travel experience.

Extremely bad experience with punctuality. The bus was very late compared to the scheduled time, causing unnecessary hassle and delay. Time management needs serious improvement. Not recommended if you want to reach on time.

Behaviour of everyone is good and helpful.

I did not have a good experience during my journey. The conductor behaved very rudely with the passengers and spoke to me in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner. He was also shouting at me because I had my pet with me. I was extremely upset and even crying because I was worried about my pet, but the conductor did not show any understanding or empathy. I understand that there may be rules regarding carrying pets on the bus, but the situation could have been handled politely and respectfully. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action regarding the conductor’s behaviour. Passengers should be treated with respect and proper communication should be maintained, even when there is a policy or restriction involved.

This was worst experience with this travels.

I had a really great bus ride today. The bus was clean and comfortable, and the ride was very smooth. The driver was nice, and we arrived right on time. It was a very pleasant trip, and I would definitely ride again!
