Very bad, worst experience. Staff behaviour totally rude. Bus change at Shivpuri. Washroom not usable. Stoppage at midnight at 1-2 am.

I booked a bus from Gwalior to Bhopal, but during the booking process I was not informed that I would have to change buses at Shivpuri. This made the journey inconvenient and uncomfortable. Such important information should be clearly communicated to passengers before booking.

One of my worst experiences. The water was coming out from AC and my half seat got wet. When I complained to the staff, they said what can they do. And every passenger has to change the bus in Shivpuri every time.
