AC water leaked on to the seat due to which I was not able to sleep properly. No response from the staff on the same and owner was just telling me stories till midnight on how he was searching for buses to change my seat. staff were very unprofessional they were there just to collect money for the seats they were selling to known persons. Absolute worst experience.

Worst staff and AC water leakage causing smell from blankets. Bus condition also not good. No one considers customer problems.

Bags are kept within the berth. They need to provide a place to keep one bag, but it was not provided. They told to keep two bags in the berth only.
