Pros: On time and punctual, proper confirmation of bus and repeated calls to board. Cons: No sliding gate separation in lower sleeper seats, all sounds from everywhere were audible, curtains felt smelly when bus stopped.

We had the worst experience of this bus. Our bus was supposed to be from Chittor at 12:15, but we were waiting since 11:30. We called the bus staff, but they did not pick up the call or inform us and left. Somehow, we contacted an uncle at Barkha Travels, who arranged a random bus for us. The uncle told us to pay 100 rupees to the driver of that bus. We had to travel till Bhilwada toll and later the original bus staff did not give us the 100 rupees back, so we had to pay extra. The driver was rude at night. We paid because it was a night journey. Then they did not drop us at Mathura but at Bharatpur, which is 35 km away, and we had to pay extra again. We tried to contact them but they did not provide any bus name or number, and the number given was never answered.

One of the most terrible bus bookings of my life. The bus was fully packed with other passengers who had not booked the bus. Worst experience. The seats were occupied by other passengers and we had to fight for our seats. Please do not allow such buses on your app. You should check the buses before onboarding them on your app. Zero punctuality. Zero cleanliness. Zero comfort.

One of the biggest scam. Bus main business is luggage instead of people transport. Before 100 km reaching to destination, they will force you to change bus to local bus. Bus comfort is -10/10. Due to price, don't select this bus.
