No live location available for tracking. Boarding location shown differently and the driver stopped at another location at Lonavala. Also, no answer was given when we called. The highway stop is unsafe and there was no response from bus staff.

The driver forgot to drop passengers at Wakad stop. It took more than 30 minutes to reach the destination. The bus was already delayed by 1 hour.
