Worst bus service on this route, not a single concern about passenger comfort and time. The bus operator has never been concerned about the passenger timing. We had a good sleeper class AC bus; it is the worst I have ever booked. It is natural that any vehicle can break down, but at the same time the operator has to manage an alternate vehicle of the same class.

No responsibility no mannerism. The bus was 1 hr late at the destination. Too many stops. Too many extra passengers taken by the staff.
