The bus was good, and the service was also good. The bus operators were cooperative and helpful. However, the washroom was not clean, and the washroom lock was not working properly. Overall, it was a good experience.

The staff's behavior was not very good, and the place lacked cleanliness.

Timing and punctuality to Jaipur. It is 1.30 minutes late.

Overall experience was good. The driver was very polite. Only one problem was that the bus was too slow. It took 11.5 hours from Banswara to Jaipur. I travel often on this route and other buses take 8-9 hours. I sat in the cabin 20 km before my stop and saw the meter; the bus was running at a maximum speed of 80 on a highway which allows buses a speed of 100. I asked the driver, and he told me this is the highest speed of this bus as there was a speed controller fitted in it, which is not okay for a night super sleeper bus. This was the only disappointment in this journey. Time is money nowadays.

Very disappointing service. We were not informed by call or message about the bus location, and when we reached the main office, the bus had already left. Around six other passengers travelling to Banswara and Pratapgarh faced the same issue. We had to take an auto-rickshaw to reach the bus near Ajmer, causing unnecessary trouble and extra expense. Even after reaching Banswara, no one informed us that our stop had arrived, and the bus went ahead. Overall, the communication and passenger management were extremely poor. Very disappointing experience.

People are lighting cigarettes inside the bus risking 30 to 40 people's lives and at midnight the bus started smoking, putting everyone in fear. I will never travel in this bus ever.

Dropped 12 km before the dropping point Not provided mentioned essentials like pillow, blanket, water bottle, clean bedsheet . Also picking up unbooked passengers from random stops. Very terrible experience I had.. I'll never go through this bus again and hope other also don't travel unless they improve themselves.

My experience during the bus journey booked through was extremely disappointing. A clean blanket was not provided to the passengers. I was informed that the blankets had been sent for washing. After contacting customer care, the blanket provided was also dirty. The cleanliness of the bus was extremely poor and unacceptable. Drinking water bottles were not provided to me. However, the live tracking facility and gallery lights were were working well. Despite this, the poor cleanliness and lack of basic amenities made the overall travel experience very unpleasant.

My cabin was wet, someone spilled water, it was smelly and the bus operator did not provide a blanket or water bottle.
