Delayed pickup and drop off.

2 hrs delay at boarding point. No tracking facilities available. Waiting for 2 hrs on the highway in the dark is scary and should be avoidable.

My boarding time was 6.10 pm and it reached there at 11.30 p.m. Due to that, my dropping was too late.

The bus reached the boarding point at 12:20 am, and nobody responded to the calls too.

The bus was delayed for pickup by 2 hours. No prior communication. The operators did not respond to my calls for an update. They switched off the live tracking. It was delayed to drop by 5 hours.
