Very poor service. The AC was turned off for five hours, making the bus extremely suffocating. The staff were rude when we raised the issue. Extremely disappointing experience.

They kept delaying, compelling us to cancel our journey today as waiting with two children in Khanapara for so long was very difficult and annoying. We won't travel with this bus again.

Terrible Experience – Sealed Bus with No AC for 7 Hours & Unresponsive Staff , I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience traveling on this bus. I booked a luxury AC seat expecting a comfortable journey, but it turned into a nightmare . 58-Minute Delay: The bus arrived nearly an hour late without any prior updates or explanation. No Working AC in a Sealed Bus: The air conditioning was completely non-functional for the entire 7-hour journey. Since the windows were sealed shut, the bus turned into a suffocating, overheated box with zero ventilation. Unprofessional Crew: The whole bus complained repeatedly, but the conductor completely ignored us and didn't bother to help or fix the situation. Charging premium prices for luxury seats while delivering unsafe, inhumane conditions and careless staff service is completely unacceptable. I strictly demand a full refund for this ticket and strongly advise others to avoid this service.

They gave me a blanket which was not washed and very smelly. Also, sleeper seats are not comfortable.

Overall, the journey was okay. However, the bus looked quite old, both from the outside and inside. I had booked a sleeper, but the pillow provided was very hard and not comfortable. The curtains also looked quite old and dirty. Apart from these things, everything else was okay.
