Rathimeena Travels A Bus Booking

The driver's behavior was very disappointing. Yesterday, the bus was delayed by 40 minutes, and it was raining heavily. My children and I were caught in the rain and got completely wet, so we had to wait in the Guindy subway for shelter. When we came out to board the bus, the driver started scolding us for waiting in the subway. Even while he was scolding us, we were still standing in the rain. He showed no concern or understanding of our situation. Such behavior was unacceptable and showed a lack of basic courtesy and humanity. I kindly requested you to look into this matter and take appropriate action against the driver to ensure that such incidents did not happen again. I hoped you would take my complaint seriously and address this issue promptly.

Not travel same bus. Changing route. Need to improve on route. Last moment trip change. Totally fed up.

The bus was going very slow and rest stop could have been better.

We booked a ticket for Cuddalore. My bus timing was 1.48 pm at Guindy but the bus came at 2.20 pm only. Then it was a too long journey time, 5 hours to reach Cuddalore. This is not acceptable for the 170 km.

Worst.

Staff behavior was worst.

No time management. Our end point time is 9.40 am. Still now (11.45) us in bus remaining 1.34 hours have to reach our destination. No punctuality, no time management. Don't book if you want to go on time.

Bus came one hour late, when asked driver said that was the expected time. Maybe timing has to be updated in app.
