Pickup is delayed by 1 hour, and the drop-off is delayed by 2.5 hours. Goods loading and unloading also take place in between. These days, Rathi Meena is starting to feel more like RKT Travels.

Driver booking tickets missed person place without ticket charged other person occupy illegal ticket amount collecting. Driver very slow driving too much late four hour late.

After Vickeawandi, the bus was simply halted for getting parking without any notice for the dinner halt. More than 2 hours delay for reaching Kumabakonam. Getting auto around 2 am on the midnight was terrible not only for me but also for the ladies. Even for my boarding point in Tambaram Office, bus came delayed by more than 45 minutes. There were no chairs provided by operator's office. We were standing on the road. Driving was slow till Vickrawandi even though there were rains and heavy traffic due to weekend. But other buses were crossing smoothly. After Vickrawandi dinner halt, the second driver picked up not able to compensate the delay caused by the first driver, otherwise we should have reached only after 6 am. It might have been horrible because starting from Koyambedu around 4 or 4.30 and reaching Kumabakonam near to 2 am will not be OK.

They dropped one stop ahead because I was the only passenger heading to the destination, and they forced me to go by private bus, which disappointed me so much. With respect to cleanliness, the seat and blanket were not proper. I do not like this and will not travel anymore.

I have selected drop location as old bus stand Thanjavur. But the driver refused to drop at the old bus stand and states we are not going to old bus stand. You can either get down at railway station or the new bus stand. Then why should the old bus stand be listed in the drop location while booking the ticket.
