This journey was so terrible and unforgettable experience, driver and conductor were totally irresponsible to pick up and drop the passenger and they were misbehaving with the passenger and the bus was so dirty and unhygienic. At the time of booking the tickets, there was toilet facility but there was nothing like toilet facility in the bus, they advised us, male and female passenger, to do so beside the road. I personally recommend the passenger that please always avoid Travels.

Very worst experience ever. First they came late and even after so many complaints they were not taking calls and after 2 hour they came on other place not at boarding point. From the boarding point I have taken cab to reach on the but nobody cares that money I only paid. Even your customer service team also not given the proper solution. Very bad experience.

I have booked a single seat in the upper side but I got a double seat and neither did they call me nor tell me the pickup location or the bus number. I had to manage them. Worst experience.

I travelled from Patna to Ayodhya on 7th October, and unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. The bus was late for boarding as well as reaching the destination. Even worse, we were dropped around 10 km before the actual dropping point, which was extremely inconvenient. During such a long journey, the bus did not stop properly for washroom or dinner breaks. The bedsheets were in very poor condition, and the bus toilet was not clean at all. The overall condition and quality of the bus were also very disappointing. For such a long-distance journey and the fare charged, I expected much better service and basic cleanliness and comfort. I request the management to seriously look into these issues and take proper action so that other passengers do not face the same problems. Overall experience: Very disappointing. I would not recommend this service based on this experience.

Bus was late for more than 2.5 hours. Being a lone lady standing on the main highway, this delay was very annoying, especially at midnight. Although driver behaviour was good, there was no toilet on the bus. No clean pillow or blanket was provided; all were black and stinky.
