Overall useless bus. It is like an ordinary bus just only having AC, no blanket, rude behaviour of driver and conductor. Also, very, very delayed bus, no charging point. Nothing is good. Better to travel in ordinary bus than this.

Bus didn’t start on time. Supposed to leave by 8.00 pm, left at 8.30 pm. Stood at Kashmere Gate for more than an hour. Apparently, we were to reach Manali by 7.00 am but it’s 9.38 am right now when a message has been sent asking for feedback because it’s under the impression that the bus must have reached by now but the fact is that we still don’t know how much more time this piece of steel will take. Horrendous horrible and all other adjectives.

The seats are totally providing a bad experience, no leg room and no comfort. The reaching time was in morning 08:30 and it reached in afternoon 02:00. The rest stop is also very bad.

No blankets are given. Water bottles are not provided. Charging port does not work. The driver is very rude with passengers.

1.Bus reached at pick-up point 1 hour late because of the long weekend jam which was understood. When we asked for the location of the bus by calling the driver as live tracker was not working, the driver talked very rudely saying things like I will not tell you my location and how far, you come and unlock the traffic jam. 2. They did not provide us a water bottle which was bare minimum, given the ticket price of XXXX. 3. Driver kept on talking over a phone call with someone very loudly.

The bus was going so slow it took double the time to reach the destination and the driver stops the bus at several places which was not even required.
