Seats not comfortable. Very very congested. I am not comfortable with this service.

Bus broke down on the way. Stopped several times to fix it. Reached 2.5 hours late. Poor bus quality. AC vents were also damaged, not cooling well, faced heat and suffocation in the back seats.

Bus started late. Leg rest was broken on two out of three seats. AC was not working fully. Bus broke down twice before dropping at Civil Lines three hours late. Pathetic service.

The bus was almost 2 hours late at the boarding point and the driver was too rude to tell when he would be reaching the boarding point. Earlier, he said he would be reaching in 10 minutes, and then he said the bus was delayed by 1 hour. Then the bus was actually 2 hours late.

Worst experience. Pickup time was 7.30 Gurugram, drop time 12.30 Chandigarh. Actual pickup was 8.30 and drop time 6 AM. Worst experience from Gurugram. They have taken us to ISBT Kashmere Gate to fill passengers. Started at 11 pm from Delhi. Never travelling again by this bus.
