The has stopped at echapuram, not working bus, so my journey was incomplete they have not arrange another bus and even they not given refund this things happen with all passengers those traveling, so do needful and give money return.

The staff was totally not good person and not good service was given. The bus was damaged but 10 hours were completed, and the staff did not arrange any vehicle. The driver was drunk.

very terrible. driving and bus was worst. we stand on highway road for 5 hours because of gearbox issue. driver didn't resolved and the time was from night 11 to 4 we were standing on the highway road. driver is not responding and saying we can't od anything. worst bus I ever seen
