I booked AC bus but the bus is non AC. The screens are shot. When the window is open, the screens keep on flying; it was not able to be held. No pillow or bedsheet. Worst experience.

AC was very bad. It was not flowing with a cold air. Even after complaining, no actoon was taken

due to break system problem terrible sound disturbed our sleep whenever the break has been applied, due to this the arrival time delayes by 1 hour while departure time & pick up tume went delayed

2 hours once atleast restroom break must (12 - 2 - 4.. ) but this drivers never accept to stop always say Wait.. if they need to fill empty seat then every street can Stop

Not hygiene. There is no charging point cable. Bus seats are not good. Bad smell in the bus.
