It would have been better if they swept the berth. It seems a bit dusty.

Not able to connect with the boarding point. The bus came at a different rack not mentioned in the ticket. There was no resting stop. The blankets and bed sheets were not clean.

Driver asked us to climb near Porur toll which was not the actual spot. They told us to get into the bus near the toll gate due to traffic. Driver spoke rudely. With aged people, it is different for my father and mother. Need to correct it.

Blanket has too much of saliva smell, maybe it was washed last Diwali. By mistake, chose this bus. The rest stop washroom is very unhygienic.
