Your bus radiator NCC was leaking and shock absorber was not in good condition. Motor condition was very noisy.

Very late at pickup, AC stopped or no cooling during night, seat covered with plastic though they provide additional bedsheet on request, Matunga stop was there but they asked to get down at Sion.

No blankets were provided. When told to the attendant, he himself said the weather was cold, so we are not switching on the AC; only fans are running. The rest stop was also not nice. The stop was a bar where people were drinking, which did not feel good with ladies.
