Yesterday I booked the travels, and I reached the pickup location 30 minutes early, but this travel agency has no management or planning. I tried to call the travel agency as well as the driver, but no one received my call. After 1 hour, I connected with the traveler, and they forgot to receive me. This is a third-class travel agency with no planning. I request all to please ignore this travel agency booking.

They changed the allocated bus with another. The bus doesn't have good AC; only airflow was there.

Travels send another Bus. Seat are not comfortable, they don't have permit also, police take action on Bus and fine on Bus, bus no suspension on seat I am jumping as football.

The management was terrible. Ac was not working in the first bus, which was not informed to passengers prior. The bus was changed around 10 km after boarding, and the new bus was not good. Seatings were uncomfortable. The ac was not that good. The air thrower was in bad condition. The charging port was not maintained. The price of the ticket was too high, and the experience was bad. In XXXXX, there could have been better service provided. In the same or lesser price, I could have booked a 2 tier ac train ticket, which would have provided me a better journey.
