This was the worst bus travel experience I have ever had. The bus I originally booked did not arrive, and a different bus was sent instead. The scheduled pickup time was 10:15 PM, but the bus arrived at around 11:50 PM. The bedsheets were extremely dirty, there was a very unpleasant smell, and the water bottles were provided only after 2–3 hours. The hygiene and cleanliness were extremely poor. The journey was very uncomfortable, and due to the bad smell and poor conditions, I repeatedly felt nauseous and vomited. The drop-off was also delayed by almost 2 hours, even though there was no traffic. Passengers were also being picked up from the highway without proper bookings, which was very inconvenient and unacceptable. Overall, the entire journey was extremely disappointing, and many passengers were facing similar issues. I request you to please provide a full refund, as the service provided was far below an acceptable standard.

Total overall experience is too much bad this is same for people are doing unethical practices, rudely behavior with passenger , staff movie 3 different location for pick up point , I suggest read please remove from list.

> I had a very bad experience with Shree Shivay Bus. I had booked Seat No. LB8 on 07/09/2026 for Bus No. AR06C3615 from Veraval to Gandhinagar under the name Jignesh. When I boarded, someone else was sitting on my seat and my name was not even on the bus chart. I was forced to sit in the front cabin for the entire night journey. Moreover, instead of dropping me to Gandhinagar, I was dropped at Ahmedabad Geeta Mandir saying it is the last stop.

Very poor quality. I have suggested to please don't show this bus in the route because the bus is of very poor quality.
