One of the worst experience I ever had, roadways was better than this bus.

Not suitable for tall travelers, inoperative lighting. Had a poor experience on my recent journey. The cabin light in my sleeper berth did not turn on at all. More importantly, the cabinet length was extremely tight. As someone who was 177 cm tall, I could not stretch out or lie straight, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Needs better upkeep and clearer berth size specifications.

Very poor service and unprofessional behavior. I had booked a ticket from Bhuj to Ahmedabad for 9:30 PM on the night of 7th October. However, the office staff changed my booking to the 10:30 PM without my consent. This was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I contacted the office staff multiple times to clarify the situation, but they kept giving excuses, stating that traffic was caused by the Ashapura public event. What made the situation even more concerning was the discrepancy in the number. The tracking system showed number 900800, whereas the actual number was 9797. How could passengers trust the tracking information when the numbers did not match. Passengers booked tickets for a specific time and expected the company to respect their booking or inform them properly before making any changes. Changing the departure time without consent, providing unclear explanations, and displaying inconsistent information reflected very poor service management. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and completely unacceptable. Needs to improve its communication, transparency, and professionalism. I would not recommend this service unless these issues were addressed.

Not maintained punctuality and long route.

They stopped the bus every three hours. The bus was not working properly. There was no value in timely arrival.

Bus was on time and neat and clean. However, from Geeta Mandir to Sarkhej Chokdi, we were 6 people full of luggage transferred in a single auto. It was not comfortable at all. Hopefully, travels management looks into this.

Very bad experience – poor service and uncomfortable journey. I had a very disappointing experience with this bus service. I was carrying 2–3 bags and asked the driver to put them in the bus’s luggage compartment, but he refused. Halfway through the journey, they started charging for the luggage, even though they had initially said they would handle it, but nothing was done as promised. The bus journey was extremely uncomfortable. The bus was shaking and making excessive noise and vibrations throughout the trip, all the way until we reached Bhuj. The continuous shaking and roaring gave me a headache and made the journey very unpleasant. I was busy with other things, which is why I am posting this review late, but I felt it was important to share my experience. The staff’s handling of the luggage and the poor condition of the journey were both unacceptable. I would not recommend this bus service. The company should improve its customer service, luggage handling, and vehicle maintenance to ensure passengers have a safe and comfortable journey.

Its very bad for timing. I have booked 9.30 bus came 11 pm.

Bus broke down and delayed by more than 2 hours.
