Driver was not aware of the passengers. Driver dropped me 10 km away from my dropping point on the highway, from where it was very hard to find any vehicles to commute to the city. Driver was reckless and changed the route, saying it was my mistake that I did not tell him where I had to deboard. Very poor service.

Thank you for the bus ticket. However, it was very expensive. The sleeper space on the bus was very small, and the bus itself was small, which made it uncomfortable for my mother as she couldn’t sleep properly. The bus also arrived 2–3 hours late, so I had to wait a long time. I reached on time eventually. The service person called me one hour before, which was helpful. Thank you for the good service and for calling in advance. But overall, it was a waste of time due to the 2–3 hour delay, and I lost my sleep while waiting. Thank you again for arranging the ticket.
