We found the journey in your bus very comfortable and very nice. There was live tracking and water facility in the bus. The air conditioning was very nice. It was the best journey.

If you’re booking a seat, apparently that’s just a suggestion. Confirmed ticket on MMT, transferred to another bus, and expected to stand for a 9-hour overnight trip. Do better.

Sleeper was not clean and kind of unhygienic. No AC shutters to shut the AC off. It was all open and we had to close it by putting any cloth in it. Worst experience. But staff was all good and cooperative.
