Is was just late for 30 minutes, and didn’t drop at the location said on arrival in Bathinda, just dropped at bypass Bathinda at midnight. Very unprofessional and awful service.

First of all, the bus came at 18:10 hrs instead of 17:40. Secondly, it reached Ganganagar at 6:15 hrs, whereas it should have reached Suratgarh at 05:40 hrs. After reaching Ganganagar, the bus staff said there was some problem and they shifted me and some other passengers to a local bus. The local bus dropped us at the bus stand, which is very far from the drop point mentioned by you.
