Driving was good and reached on time, but seats were not comfortable, light sockets were dismantled, AC flap was getting closed in between.

No charging sockets working and also need to change suspensions. You can't sleep peacefully.

Time management is very good. Staff are very well mannered. Bus was neat and clean with no more stoppage than the actual stop. Overall, I am happy and will ask all my friends to travel by this bus. Very nice experience.

I had a terrible time during yesterday's journey because it was an AC bus. We weren't provided with blankets, so we felt cold throughout the trip, and the bus was infested with annoying mosquitoes. The suspension was poor; the bus kept shaking violently and jolting. It was a very uncomfortable journey. Despite paying so much, the experience was bad—government buses are actually better than this. Even the bedsheet was dirty.
