One of the most disappointing journeys of my life. I boarded this bus yesterday evening at 8:30 pm, and I am still on the bus. I have only just reached Julwania, and I have not even reached my destination yet. This has been an extremely frustrating and exhausting experience. Honestly, based on my experience, I would give this bus service zero stars. Such poor service and such an unreasonable delay are completely unacceptable.

Blankets were not cleaned. The mattress was very dirty and overall it was not a good experience. The driver is good and behaviour is also good but not the bus cleanliness. Near my seat, a mountain of dirt was there. The bus was delayed more than 2 hours.
