When booking online, the rating was less than 3 but when I travelled, it was very nice. The bus was new, the seats were clean, and the toilets were also cleaned. This was the best trip I have ever taken.

Half of the time the AC is not working and there is no water supply in the restroom. Totally not acceptable.

Bus was 2.30 hours late from its scheduled time and I needed to wait at boarding point this time at night.

They changed the bus without informing. Also, they did not pick up the call. We were 2-3 hours late. Pathetic service from everyone. I will never suggest your platform. I already raised a complaint against this, but the customer support team is also taking too long. Not worth it.
