Rajguru Travels Bus Booking

I booked my tickets from Jamnagar to Nathdwara but the bus did not come to Jamnagar, and did not give any contact number or live tracking by the bus operator. Then I called Red Bus. They gave me the number of the bus operator, and the bus operator told me the bus route is Rajkot to Nathdwara, not Jamnagar to Nathdwara. He said I should come to Rajkot and he would give charges for Jamnagar to Rajkot, then he would go to Rajkot. After that, he denied giving any money. So overall, worst experience traveling in my life.

No update about bus cancellation, I reserved AC sleeper, but was provided non AC sleeper. Worst experience.

Mine boarding point was Airport Circle in Ahmedabad and dropping point was KKV Circle as you could see in ticket but they told me to come Geeta Mandir bus stand by taxi and they would drop at Gondal Chowkdi rather than KKV Hall. So, it was a very poor and frustrating service of this bus. Kindly requesting you to take my review. From my showing pickup point in ticket at Airport Circle to Geeta Mandir bus stand distance was 9.6 km I paid XXXX and my showing dropping point KKV Hall in this ticket to they would drop me Gondal Chowkdi distance was 6.2 km, I had to go by taxi for nearby XXXX. So it was very frustrating service.

Nobody is answering my calls. The bus was too late at the boarding point. Although I specified my destination point, they said we would not go to that point and I should go by another bus or rickshaw. They said we would hold here and this is the final station, which was 7 km away from my selected destination.

Bus was delayed by two hours.

Good but they have transferred me 3 times from one bus to another bus.

Not sarvice.

Bus driver and operator was not picking up call, i have to wait on highway in mid night at 2-4 AM. and then assistance inform me that bus has canceled.
