Bus had multiple stops. Came one hour late at departure and still has not reached Lucknow (9:40 am). It may reach there by 10:30 am or even later. Mmt portal said it would reach at 7:30 am. They made it like a passenger bus with innumerable stops and additional passengers sitting on floors. Worst experience.

First I gave XXXXX per ticket from Haridwar to Jaipur. As per bus comfort 1/5. Cleanliness 1/5. Seats are dirty. Midway there was some problem with the engine because there was no oil. Then we were shifted to another non-AC bus. At night, the driver came and sat in the cabin. Please do not book this bus service in future.
