Bus got delayed for too long plus in the morning between 4:30-5:00 they told us that we need to change the bus and we boarded some other bus to go Ranchi. They should have told beforehand that the bus is not going to Ranchi, we would have never boarded the bus in the first place. I reached the bus stand at 11:45, and I was supposed to reach around 8:00. Worst experience.

Very bad experience from Ambikapur to Raipur (Chhattisgarh). The bus was not clean, the charging point was not working, and the AC was not working. The bus was changed after Raipur (Chhattisgarh), remaining journey was ok. Overall a very bad experience.
