This is one of my biggest mistakes to book such a bus from Red Bus. There is no proper seat inside the bus. It's just like a junk truck.

The bus service is very bad, these people do not even call the passengers, neither did they tell us the bus number due to which I could not travel in the bus. When I called the operator, he talks rudely. He says that it is not our duty to call. We do not provide the live location, whoever wants to do anything, do it.

Bus scheduled to depart from Mahendipur by 9 pm but actually departed at 10 pm, that too after prolonged argument. It's a non AC bus with staff behaviour ridiculous.

Bus is totally same like roadway bus. Seat is not comfortable. Too much sound of mirrors.
