Worst experience of my life in this trip i want my refund and I have paid extra for luggage XXX. I have told previously that I have more luggage they didn't said anything after I get in bus there was no seat to sit and they are talking rudely and asking to paid xxx extra otherwise get down from the bus.

Seat comfort is not good. Punctuality is poor. There is no live tracking. Staff behaviour is very rude.

Bus driver ne bahut jagah bus ruki, hume bahut problem hui. Jo time bataya, use 2 ghante zyada laga. Hum kabhi is bus se nahi aayenge, na kisi ko denge. Very sad.c
