They have clearly mentioned AC bus but when the bus arrived at the boarding point it was a non AC bus.

Bus didn't arrive at the boarding point. Bus official asked me to join the bus 30 km away from the usual bus stand. I had to make other arrangements. Very unprofessional. Worst experience.
