Staff very rude. Left the pickup point before time, made to run with luggage to next pickup point. No halt for food or snacks from 2 pm to 9 pm.

The bus is good, but the driver’s behavior was not satisfactory. The light in the onboard washroom was also not working. Additionally, the bus was delayed by more than one hour due to unnecessary stoppages.

Bus was 3 hours late then it only took one stop to get fresh and it has been almost 10 hours and still I have not reached yet.

Actually, there is cleaning, but some smell is coming. I am not able to breathe. I will never travel this bus.

We have not reached yet. We will reach by 6pm. Pathetic service delayed by 5 hours taking unnecessary halts for some parcels. We are going to spend 12 hours in this bus.

Unprofessional behavior of staff. Staff asked us to keep our shoes inside the cabin bed and insisted that they follow it as a rule. Delayed as it kept waiting for passengers midway.

No blankets were provided, no bed sheets were there, no water bottles were provided. Three stars for the irresponsibility in amenities.
