I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor quality of the vehicle and the unprofessional conduct of the staff. The vehicle was in an unacceptable condition, and the staff’s communication and overall behavior were highly unsatisfactory. Furthermore, the charging point was not activated unless we repeatedly requested the staff to do so. Even after raising the issue, instead of providing proper assistance, they continued to give unnecessary reasons and excuses. This level of service is unacceptable and falls far below reasonable customer service standards. I request that this matter be investigated and appropriate action be taken to ensure such issues are not repeated in the future.
