Very disappointing experience. The bus arrived late, causing unnecessary inconvenience, and the bed/berth was not clean or properly maintained. The hygiene and punctuality were both poor. I hope the bus operator takes these issues seriously and improves the service for future passengers.

We booked Raja Rani bus. They clubbed with another bus, and that bus is 1 1/2 hrs late. That is not at all communicated. Such a worst thing.

Please check the bus route before booking. It almost covers all areas in Chennai before it leaves the city. Took 7 hours to reach Chidambaram which is horrible.

Already 40 minutes late for departure and the bus was supposed to reach at 1.30 but it is currently 3 pm and still has not reached. The driver is filling petrol inside the petrol bunk causing more delay to save money on fuel. Very terrible on timing. I will not book this bus again and will book.
